Creeping into Week Three

Made it this far anyway. Havn't read the materials yet, so can't comment yet. But have worked on Part B. Did my story on the eye-opening of the lecture in week 2 and the concept of a bag of gold. And of course, trying to learn the command of a Web 2.0 tool. Here tis.... Oh, apparently you have to click on the bubble to see the captions... story.

Moving on to Week Two...

Determined to get to week three this weekend. Listened to the Campbell lecture. Great stuff. Bags of gold indeed. I am the quilty one. I certainly don't have time for bags of gold! Guilty! I'll never say it again.

Ok... building that cyberinsrastructure. Long have I had a webpage. Yes, I teach online. But I am also a participant in Todd Conaway's educational technology course (he is one of this course) and we build things there. He hasn't called it a personal cyberinfrastructure yet... but it makes sense. Gives me impetus to continue building.

First Weeks Lesson....

You guys are on week 12-13 and I am still on week one. But here goes. I viewed the movie, made a digital story describing my a side effect of all the wonderful web technology. Created a blog for this work . I am also working on a wiki that will be a link/source for digital storytelling samples, links, and resources http://indigenousstorytelling.wikispaces.com/.

Wanting to belong

I realize I am arriving late to the table. And want to become part of this course... DS-106. Have had problems getting my profile up. Anyone else had this difficulty? Its not showing (roadmarks), but won't let me enter again. Says it's already there.
